Drake Sutton: Athletic Development & Head Performance Coach Drake is one of our owners and a head performance coach at Aretas Performance, certified by NASM in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise. With over 5 years in personal training and physical therapy settings, Drake specializes in strength and conditioning for youth to college-age athletes, passionate about helping them achieve their peak potential and prevent injuries.

Laura Sadowsky: Women's Performance & Nutrition Expert As the Director of Women's Performance & Online Program Development, Laura is dedicated to empowering women to achieve optimal health and fitness. Specializing in women's health, she offers a holistic approach that integrates strength training, nutrition, and mindset strategies to help women lead stronger, healthier, and happier lives.
