Meet Your Coaches
We're proud to have a team of experienced and passionate coaches dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
Mitch Sadowsky

Mitch Sadowsky is one of our owners and a head performance coaches at Aretas Performance. Mitch is a 3-time Golf Digest Top 50 Golf Fitness Coach, working primarily out of our Wauwautosa location. With years of experience training athletes of all levels, Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. His passion for optimizing performance is evident in his dedication to helping you reach your full potential on and off the golf course.
Drake Sutton

Drake Sutton is one our our owners and a head performance coach at Aretas Performance with over 5 years of experience in personal training and physical therapy settings. Certified by NASM in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise, Drake specializes in strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages, goals, and abilities. Working primarily out of our Hales Corners location, Drake is passionate about helping his clients achieve their peak potential and prevent injuries.
Laura Sadowsky

Laura Sadowsky is the Director of Women's Performance & Online Program Development and a coach at Aretas Performance. Specializing in women's health, Laura is dedicated to empowering women to achieve optimal health and fitness through a holistic approach that integrates strength training, nutrition, and mindset strategies. Her goal is to help women lead stronger, healthier, and happier lives.
This Week's Tip
Strength Training: Don't neglect the basics! Compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses are essential for building overall strength and muscle mass. Focus on proper form and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger.

We're excited to announce our new women’s classes!
OsteoStrong
As part of the Building Stronger Bones Program (a partnership between our Physical Therapy and Performance teams), we are now offering OsteoStrong, a class designed with evidence-backed strategies to help you improve your bone mass density. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at both 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Perimenopause Power
As part of the Perimenopause Program (also a partnership between our Physical Therapy and Performance teams), we are now offering Perimenopause Power, a class programmed using the latest research and studies for symptom management and to help you thrive during this phase of life. This class is perfect for women who are in or nearing perimenopause and menopause. Class times are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Wauwautosa location, at 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM.
