Rise & Grind
Join Mitch, who is not only a strength coach but also a former professional volleyball player, for Rise & Grind, a fitness bootcamp at Bradford Beach!
Classes combine conditioning and strength training with sports-based drills to help you reach your maximum potential. The kickoff event is on May 29, featuring free coffee & pastries from Stone Creek Coffee.
Class details:
Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00 AM at Bradford Beach.
